BOOTY BURN

Our signature class! Booty Burn is a high intensity interval training class (HIIT) that is set to the beat of the music! This sweat session combines body weight cardio moves with free weight exercises. It will leave you feeling invigorated and stronger than ever! 

 

Mimosa Barre

Our barre workout combines the best of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to tone and sculpt your entire body. Focus on small, controlled movements that target key muscle groups for a full-body burn. It's a fun and challenging class designed to improve flexibility, posture, and overall strength!

BASIC TRAINING

Basic Training is a bootcamp-style fitness class focused on heavy weight lifting to build strength and endurance. Participants rotate through various stations, targeting different muscle groups with intense, focused exercises using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. The class is designed to push your limits, improve overall fitness, and increase power in a motivating, high-energy environment.

Cardio Club 

Cardio Club is an energetic cardio dance fitness class that combines high-intensity moves with fun, upbeat music. The class features a mix of dance styles, including hip-hop and some twerking, for a full-body workout that targets stamina and strength. It's a lively, empowering experience where participants can sweat, groove, and boost their confidence while having a blast!
